Often wounds and patterns run so deep that therapy alone doesn’t seem to reach them. No matter how much we try, we may feel trapped for many years in an invisible prison, desperately seeking a way out.
It can feel like nothing can penetrate its weight, as if the void within us has no bottom. Even after years of healing work and therapy, we might find ourselves still searching—still feeling numb or carrying the same emotional heaviness and still longing for a real shift.
Please don't lose hope if you or someone you know is in this place. Transformation takes time, and every small step forward matters. True healing requires courage and the willingness to feel, to let the body process and release what has been stored for so long.. years or generations.
Somatic practices, which integrate the body and emotions, offer a powerful path forward because they don’t just address the mind. They allow the body to complete its healing process. Among them, breathwork stands out as an extraordinary tool.
Breath acts like a bridge to the subconscious, bypassing the analytical mind and going straight to the root of emotional pain or disconnection. It helps dissolve mental and emotional loops that might otherwise take years to unravel. With each breath, it creates space for deep release, self-acceptance, and inner wisdom.
The process isn’t always easy. At times, the body may shake, emotions may surge, and old pain may surface. And this is a sign that healing is happening. With consistent practice and support, the weight begins to lift. Emotional resilience strengthens. Self-awareness deepens. Slowly, the lightness and clarity will emerge, leading to a life that feels more whole, free, and fulfilling.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Professional Somatic Breathwork practitioner registered with GBPA.
My academic background consists of a BA in Arts and MA in Social Science. I am certified in Counselling and Coaching skills, Energy healing and I have studied mental health awareness and neurodiversity. Supporting people with ADHD/ASD is my passion.
I also have years of experience working with vulnerable groups of people facilitating art creation in a therapeutic setting.
In the past 15 years, I have been studying indigenous wisdom and yoga traditions and practise cross-cultures Shamanism which I use in my work when it is appropriate.
