About me

Marie Gonzatto – MAR Reflexologist | Stoke Newington, Hackney
Specialising in Foot, Facial & Cranial Reflexology | Accredited Practitioner   | 🌈

I believe in the transformative power of touch. Reflexology is more than just a treatment—it’s a dialogue between the body and the mind. As a fully accredited reflexologist trained under leading experts Ziggie Bergman and Louise Keet, I help people reconnect with themselves, release stress, and rediscover balance—physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Before stepping fully into holistic wellness, I spent over a decade in hospitality management, including operations and HR roles at Hawksmoor Restaurant Group. Working in this fast-paced, often high-pressure world gave me a deep understanding of the impact stress has on the body—and sparked a passion for finding sustainable ways to heal it. Reflexology was the answer.

Since 2022, I’ve been weaving my reflexology practice into the lives of those who need it most. One of my proudest moments was launching workplace wellness sessions in a busy hospitality setting—offering quick, affordable foot reflexology treatments that helped staff relieve tension, sleep better, and feel genuinely supported. Productivity improved, yes—but so did morale, energy, and wellbeing. That’s the power of therapeutic touch.

I offer foot, facial, and cranial reflexology from my calming space in Stoke Newington, Hackney, where I’ve been a proud local for over ten years. My sessions are gentle, intuitive, and always tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, chronic stress, poor sleep, tension headaches, or just feel disconnected from your body—reflexology can offer profound relief and restoration.

Clients often describe their experience as "resetting" or "deeply grounding." And that’s what I aim for—a space where you can release, re-centre, and recharge. I’ll work with you to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and create a plan that supports you to feel better in your own skin.

Why Reflexology?

Reflexology stimulates pressure points on the feet, face, or scalp that correspond to the body’s systems and organs. Through this gentle touch, we invite your nervous system to relax, improve circulation, aid digestion, and support your body’s natural ability to heal. It’s an ideal complementary therapy for:

  • Stress and anxiety
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Migraines and headaches
  • Hormonal imbalances
  • Digestive issues
  • General fatigue or burnout
  • Emotional overwhelm

I offer one-to-one sessions from a tranquil home and am also open to collaborations with local wellness businesses. If you're looking for holistic care with heart, I’d love to hear from you.
