About me
My work covers multiple aspects of healing and wellbeing, addressing both physical and emotional ailments of the body and mind. My aim is to reinstate an internal balance and support you in regaining control of your health, as quickly and efficiently as possible.
I offer a range of therapies, which can be used on their own or combined. Each treatment is tailored to address your specific needs, including support in between the sessions. Simple dietary substitutes and practical lifestyle tips are incorporated into your treatment plan, to speed up the healing process and to help you maintain good health.
I have extensive experience in treating a wide range of conditions, including migraines, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as musculoskeletal conditions such as acute and chronic pain management. I have a special interest in emotional wellbeing and women's health, including fertility, pregnancy support and menopausal symptoms.
Your session is a space for you to switch off, let go and de-stress. This will optimise the therapeutic benefits of your treatment and give a longer lasting effect. Utilising a holistic approach, I am able to access multiple diagnostic tools to enable me to find the best way to help you get well.
