About me
The Alexander Technique is a powerful tool for self-improvement and is named after its creator, Frederick Mathias Alexander. The Technique is a principle-based approach to learning about thought and movement and is widely considered to be one of the greatest processes for personal change and development available to us today.
Thanks to the study and practice of the Alexander Technique, I have felt healthier, stronger, and more connected with myself than I ever thought possible. I enjoy greater flexibility and freedom in my movements, a noticeable improvement in my mental clarity, and an ever-increasing confidence in myself and my abilities.
I believe that learning how to apply the Alexander Technique to our everyday lives is one of the greatest tools we can ever acquire, and I enjoy sharing the discoveries of F. M. Alexander with my students.
Training, qualifications & experience
Training with the ITM school has provided me with an exceptional education in teaching the Alexander Technique. I am privileged to have been taught first-hand by world expert, Don Weed, and by a team of inspirational trainers and teachers.
My education has furnished me with the knowledge, confidence, and understanding of the principles behind the Alexander Technique, and has encouraged me never to stop learning about the work of F. M. Alexander.
