About me

Improve your health and well-being with Bowen

Do you have a health problem that is impacting your life? Are you living with pain and discomfort or the impact of stress? If so, then make this year the year you try Bowen Therapy.

As a Bowen Therapist, I am helping many people improve their health and well-being with this gentle yet amazing therapy. My purpose built treatment room offers a calm safe environment which complements the overall Bowen experience.

What is it?

Bowen is a gentle, relaxing hands-on therapy that helps restore the body's natural ability to heal and re-balance. The gentle moves over muscles, ligaments and soft tissue involve little pressure and no manipulation so Bowen is ideal for those who are concerned that other hands-on treatments may be painful.

Who can benefit?

Almost everyone! As is it so gentle, it is suitable for people of all ages from young children to the elderly. Bowen can benefit those experiencing pain or discomfort regardless of the reason; and those in need of a general boost to their well-being.

Many acute and chronic conditions can benefit from Bowen Therapy. My clients include those with back, neck and shoulder pain, hip problems, sciatica, muscle and joint pain, migraine / headaches, asthma, IBS, stress, tension and fatigue. Many have previously tried conventional therapies with limited success. Following their Bowen treatments these clients have experienced significant improvements.

What do my clients say?

Many of my clients have been and continue to be amazed at the results of this therapy.

“My wife and I had been suffering with various ailments for some time. Bowen therapy was recommended and we haven’t looked back since. The improvement has been simply unbelievable. How it works I have no idea, but it does!”

“Highly recommended to try as the effects have been astonishing!”

Bowen for dogs

Dogs can also respond really well to and experience the benefits of Bowen. As a result, I am also a fully qualified Canine Bowen Technique Practitioner. As is the case for people, Canine Bowen Technique is holistic and does not a specific condition though many problems, both acute and chronic, physical and psychological may potentially benefit from this gentle modality.
