Trained at the London School of Reflexology I am a highly experienced, empathetic Reflexologist operating on a mobile basis across South West London, parts of South East & Central London, and North Surrey, treating clients at home or in workplaces as part of regular employee wellbeing or wellbeing events.
Every Reflexology treatment I offer is tailored to the client's needs, aiming to promote better sleep, relaxation and calm, and support clients looking to achieve a more balanced lifestyle. I also specialise in Reflexology during Menopause, the Fertility journey, during and after Pregnancy, preparation for birth, Reflexology Lymph Drainage, and additionally have a strong interest in stress and digestion-related issues. I offer appointments for all genders.
Some of the generally agreed benefits of Reflexology include:
- Aiding sleep
- Relaxation
- Releasing tension
- Improving mood
- Promoting a sense of wellbeing
In addition to the benefits of Reflexology itself, I believe that setting aside time for yourself to relax is hugely valuable, and I aim to create a supportive space in which you feel comfortable to fully relax.
Treatments may be booked on a one-off basis, or for optimal results I offer a selection of treatment packages at a preferential rate.
I also work with many organisations offering Reflexology for employee wellbeing, which can be customised to suit the business and employees. As a non-invasive treatment requiring staff to remove only their socks and shoes, Reflexology works well in the workplace environment, and may help employees to achieve relaxation in a short space of time, as well as feeling appreciated.
