About me

Liz Castle is an Acupuncturist with over 29 years of experience treating people with a wide range of conditions. She has a professional yet friendly approach, and is keen to help people achieve a healthy, fullfilling life. Liz uses a range of acupuncture styles and the associated techniques of moxibustion, cupping, acupressure, ear acupuncture and electroacupuncture. Her lifestyle advice is inspired by both Chinese Medicine and her experience as an Occupational Therapist. Liz's clinic in North Shropshire is also accessible to Cheshire and North Wales.

Training, qualifications & experience

Liz completed 3 years full time training in Acupuncture and associated techniques at the Northern College of Acupuncture in 1995, and is a member of the British Acupuncture Council. She is licensed with Shropshire Council to practice Acupuncture. Liz is also registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an Occupational Therapist, having qualified in 1982.

Liz maintains and develops her knowledge and skills through regular training and has also completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Advanced Oriental Medicine (Research and Practice).
