About me
I provide a Clinical Reflexology Service for adults in and around Wem, to help promote health and well-being. I have a beautiful treatment room in Wem, where I conduct my treatment service.
I also provide mobile Reflexology visits locally if this is required or preferred, for an additional cost of £5.00 per treatment.
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing therapy for both the mind and body. By using specific pressure techniques on reflex points of the feet or hands, these in turn correspond to particular organs, glands and structures in the body. Stimulating these reflex points, brings about a state of deep relaxation, stimulating the body’s own healing process and helping the body return to a natural state of balance.
Reflexology can be used to treat a variety of stress related conditions including insomnia, digestive complaints, headaches, tension and anxiety to name a few. Some people also like to have the treatment as a form of time out and pure relaxation.

I am fully qualified with Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and Nutrition (MAR) and have a background of working in Psychology and the Supported Housing sector for over 20 years with a variety of different client groups and settings.
I also complete various ongoing CPD training regularly, to help enhance and promote my skills.

Member organisations
The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) is a non-profit making association which aims to provide support to professionally qualified practitioners.
Membership is open to practitioners who have gained an approved qualification or who have provided proof that their training and practical skills meet the standards set by the AoR.

£40.00 per session
Additional information
£45 for the initial consultation and treatment. Thereafter, £40 per treatment session.
If the client wishes to book a mobile treatment ( usually within a 15 mile radius of Wem, there is an additional cost of £5.00 per treatment to cover fuel and time costs.
I also offer Crystal Reflexology, which is an additional £10 for 30 minutes, and can be booked as an add on, to the standard treatment session.
