About me

Lin Guo(Grace) has got her Master’s degree of Acupuncture and Postgraduate Diploma of Chinese Herbal Medicine in the UK. She is a British Acupuncture Council Member(BAcC) and a member of Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine(RCHM). She had trained as a Zita West Infertility Affiliated Practitioner which is one of leading organizations for infertility treatment in the UK. She got her senior Massage qualification and has practised many years.She has 15 years UK working experience, she is very friendly.

Training, qualifications & experience

Mrs Guo (Grace) trained in both China and the UK. She completed her Master’s Degree of Acupuncture and Postgraduate Diploma of Chinese Herbal Medicine in the UK. She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council and Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine(RCHM) , She had been a member of General Council of Traditional Chinese Medicine over 10 years.She was also trained as a Zita West Infertility Affiliated Practitioner which is one of leading organizations for infertility treatment in the UK. She has got her senior healthcare massage qualification in 2001 and has practised massage over 14 years.. In her career, she had been the assistant of more than 10 Chinese medical specialists and learned many special skills from them. By combining these skills with her knowledge, Mrs Guo has developed her own unique treatment techniques. In particular, she is good at treating pain conditions such as Arthritis, Migraine, Neckache, Frozen Shoulder, Back Pain, and Sciatica. In addition, Mrs Guo also has good experience treating Asthma, Hay Fever, Indigestion, Stress, Cystitis, Period Pain and Menopause.She has helped a lot of people stop smoking using acupuncture. Her practice has been highly praised by her patients.

RCHM

Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine

The Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine (RCHM) exists to provide information to members of the public who are seeking a qualified practitioner who is bound by Codes of Ethics and Good Practice and who has full professional insurance.

The normal route to becoming a member of the RCHM is usually via graduation from a UK educational institution that has been accredited by the European Herbal and Traditional Medicine Practitioners Association (EHTPA).

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Mrs. Guo had taken part in the National Research of using Acupuncture to treat Low Back Pain organized by Southampton University and founded by Arthritis Research UK.

Her Masters' Degree Dissertation was try to find over 100 special acupuncture techniques to treat Migraine Headache.

She has trained as a Zita West Infertility Practitioner for two years, she is a Zita West Infertility Affiliated Practitioner which is one of leading organizations for infertility treatment in the UK
