Time and time again, I return to the beautiful practice of Reiki.
Layer by layer, this gentle technique removes energetic blockages and awakens your innate ability to heal.
Whether you are searching for new ways to relax or to support your physical health or mental wellbeing, Reiki is probably the answer.
I'm trained in the original system of Reiki, founded by Buddhist monk, Mikao Usui. I combine this approach with crystal healing to amplify and ground the energy. More recently, I've also been working with seashells to harness the healing properties of the sea.
From my practice in Deal, I offer one-off Reiki sessions and packages, which are available in person and through distance healing. It might be useful to know that I'm also a qualified hypnotherapist, and you'll find more information about me and my offerings on my website.

Training, qualifications & experience
I’m a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, with a direct lineage to Mikao Usui, the founder of the original system of Reiki.
To better understand how to amplify energy healing, I’ve also studied crystal healing and the chakras to bring the most to this important work.
I’m a member of the UK Reiki Federation and BAThH (the British Association of Therapeutic Hypnotists & NLP Practitioners).
I’m fully insured and DBS checked.
Member organisations
The UK Reiki Federation is a professional association with the objective of forming a national umbrella organisation for education, training and guidance in the practice of reiki.
Currently the Reiki Federation requires their members to have signed their code of ethics, hold practitioner insurance and hold certificates appropriate to their membership type.
