About me

I believe we all have the ability to look after our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. My strong interest in the mind-body connection has lead me to provide an integrated approach to wellbeing.

I hold a diploma in Integrated Energy Techniques which combines Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro Lingustic Programming (NLP) and hypnotherapy. I am also an advanced clinical massage therapist and reflexologist with specialisation in fertility reflexology and pregnancy massage. I can combine these to address a range physical and emotional issues.

I hold a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Psychology and Philosophy but followed a career in a corporate environment for many years before embarking on a new path in complementary therapies in 2012.
