I’m an experienced Craniosacral Therapist, Five Element and TCM Acupuncturist with many years of experience working within healthcare. I work with clients in London at my private practice in southeast London and as the holistic wellness specialist for the Park Hyatt Thames Hotel Spa in Vauxhall. I offer a gentle, personalised approach that recognises each person as an individual.

I work closely with my patients to identify the root cause of their symptoms and tailor treatment plans to suit their specific needs.

My training includes a Diploma in Craniosacral Therapy from the College of Craniosacral Therapy, and a degree level Lic. Ac., MBAcC in Acupuncture from the Acupuncture Academy in Leamington Spa

I work with a wide range of physical, emotional and nervous-system-related concerns, including anxiety, stress, trauma, nervous system dysregulation, ASD, migraines, neck and digestive problems, fascial restrictions, retinitis pigmentosa, autoimmune conditions, menopause, muscular skeletal conditions, I also support people through fertility and pregnancy, as well as post-surgical recovery, birth trauma and other significant life experiences such as the many stages of grief or gender transitioning.

My practice spans all stages of life, from babies and children through to adults and older people. Every treatment is tailored to the individual, with the aim of creating the right conditions for the body and nervous system to settle, rebalance and reconnect with their own natural capacity for health and wellbeing.

Alongside my clinical work, I supervise 3rd year acupuncture students at the CALM community multi-bed clinic at Westminster University and also offer sound baths and sound therapy.

I currently offer appointments at my private practice in southeast London or at The Park Hyatt Thames Hotel in Vauxhall.
