About me

Are you looking for a tool for practical and rapid change?

Are you ready to face what has been holding you back?

I am an experienced EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques or ‘Tapping’) Practitioner and Trainer, offering online and in-person sessions.

EFT is a practical, evidence-based method that integrates both mind and body. It’s designed to help you break free from unhelpful thought patterns, behaviours, and emotions.

With EFT, you can not only do deep and focused work in session, but you can quickly learn a technique that you can use independently to support lasting change.

What can EFT help with?

If you’re dealing with difficult emotions, EFT can be a powerful tool for relief. Some common challenges that EFT can help with include:

- Struggling with a painful experience or loss

- Experiencing chronic stress and anxiety around specific situations

- Finding it difficult to build safe and meaningful relationships

- Struggling with a phobia, fear or craving

EFT can support you in any area where you are facing emotional challenges.

Each session is tailored to your unique needs, addressing the root causes of your emotions with care, and at your pace. It’s especially effective when you’re unsure of why you’re feeling a certain way or when you’re finding it hard to make progress on your own.

I’ve helped my clients use EFT to overcome chronic stress, anxiety, deep-seated fears, trauma, grief, and indecision. It can also be used to process longstanding conflicts, or to support with setting and moving toward goals.

What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as Tapping, is a highly effective therapeutic tool that uses gentle tapping on specific acupressure points on your body. This self-administered technique encourages deep insights, understanding, and new possibilities—without needing to analyse or overthink the situation. It's a refreshing approach when you’ve reached a point where discussing an issue no longer seems to help.

What’s next?

I know that choosing the right person to guide you on your journey is key. That’s why I offer a free, no-obligation Zoom meeting (or phone call if you prefer) where we can talk about how EFT works, explore your specific needs, and determine if we’re a good fit to work together.

My sessions are warm, non-judgmental, and always a collaboration. I first discovered EFT as a client, and I’ve personally experienced its life-changing benefits. My goal is always to provide you with a personalised and supportive experience.

EFT is a straightforward, measurable approach, and you’ll see tangible progress as we work together. We will review your goals throughout the process, and while I’ll offer guidance, the direction we take will always be led by you.

If you would like to try EFT in a group setting, our monthly online tapping circle is friendly and welcoming, and your first session is free. All details at www.tapintotransformation.co.uk
