How EFT Tapping Can Help You
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often known as tapping, is a gentle yet powerful approach that helps calm your nervous system, while addressing the emotional roots of what you’re experiencing.
As you tap on specific acupressure points, your body receives signals of safety. This allows difficult emotions, memories or beliefs to be processed without becoming overwhelmed. Many people notice a reduction in emotional intensity within a session, alongside greater clarity and a sense of relief.
You are always in control. The work moves at a pace that feels manageable and safe.
What You Can Expect
In sessions, you will:
Clarify what feels most pressing or painful
Identify how it shows up emotionally and physically
Gently reduce the intensity through guided tapping
Develop tools you can use independently
You’ll also learn a simple 2-minute tapping technique you can use at your desk, before difficult conversations, or whenever anxiety begins to rise.
Support Through Change & Trauma
If you’re navigating change — whether chosen or unexpected — your nervous system may still be in survival mode. EFT helps you settle that internal alarm, so you can respond rather than react.
If you’ve experienced something traumatic, sessions are trauma-aware and carefully paced. You won’t be pushed to relive anything before you’re ready.
Online Sessions
You can access support from the privacy and comfort of your own space. Online EFT is effective, flexible, and allows you to integrate the work into your everyday life with ease.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully accredited advanced EFT practitioner, trainer and supervisor, registered with the EFT and Mindfulness Centre.
I hold a Psychology honours degree as well as a Masters by Research degree, and my work has been published in the Routledge Companion to Gender, Sexuality and Culture.
I have also recently published an article in The Green Parent which talks through the power of EFT to support parents in connecting with their children, and a 2025 article in Happiful magazine, with guidance on how to connect more fully with the body.
I have supported clients with very different needs in 1:1 and group work in various capacities for many years.
