About me
Hello, I am a fully qualified and experienced Complementary Therapist, since 1997. Therapies practiced: -- Reflexology - Reiki Healing - SHEN (Emotional-Release) Therapy - Indian Head Massage - NES Health.
I offer a professional service to help a wide range of problems, eg emotional issues, during illness (acute or chronic), to help with recovery after surgery, or as preventative health, stress or pain relief etc. I have a wide range of holistic tools at my disposal to tailor make the most appropriate treatment for you.
I currently work from my dedicated treatment room at my home near Newcastle Emlyn, West Wales where I also offer intensive therapy retreats in my holiday let. Please get in touch for further details.

Training, qualifications & experience
- Diploma in Reflexology with International Institute of Health & Holistic Therapies (IIHHT) (1998) Mid-Kent College;
- Reiki Healing (1st, 2nd and Mastership Levels) Certification with Daughters of ISIS, Florida, USA (1998);
- Certified SHEN® Practitioner (CSP) for SHEN® Physio-Emotional Release Therapy with The International SHEN Therapy Association (2001) & Advanced Practitioner Training (2003);
- Thermo-Auricular Therapy (Ear Candles) Certification with Pressuredown Therapies (2002);
- Indian Head Massage Certificate - Number 11 Complementary Therapy & Healing Centre, Herne Bay (1998);
I built up a reputation throughout the south-east of England from 1997 to 2006, working in the Cancer Services Department of a local Kent hospital, in a Complementary Health Clinic, as well as other centres and care homes. In 2006 I moved to Turkey where I set up a therapies retreat b&b centre in the south-west and worked in a high profile Personal Development Centre in Istanbul's business district. Later I worked in Rhodes with private clients. A death in the family brought me back to the Kent coast, where I have now settled but I still offer periodic intensive retreats in Turkey.
In January 2018 I moved to Newcastle Emlyn area in West Wales, to be closer to nature and my family. I continue to offer residential intensive therapy retreats and in the future we will be converting our barn into a holiday let/retreat.
I have also undergone training in NES Health 2009-2012; Advanced training Certificate in Meditation (2007).Iridology (2000), attended Advance Reflexology Training Seminars (ART) (2001) and various other Reflexology trainings (various dates); National Association of Complementary Therapies in Hospice & Palliative Care training, covering Cancer and Palliative Care and Laughter is the Best Medicine (2003); Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), The Melchizedek Method Practitioner Level 1 (1999).

Mon-Fri 10.00am - 5.00pm
Occasional Saturday mornings.
I can only accept cash payments at the moment (or bank transfers in the case of SHEN intensives).
