About me
An experienced and accredited Hatha Yoga Practitioner, focusing on physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama) and meditation.
I aim to balance the mind and body through various techniques, promoting health and inner peace. Specialising in spinal discomfort, injury prevention, rehabilitation and mental health issues including depression and anxiety.
