About me

Therapeutic massage for pain relief, recovery, and nervous system support in East London.

Private practice primarily for women
Male clients are accepted through personal, professional, or existing client referral.

People often come to me when something isn’t quite right in their body - pain that isn’t resolving, tension that keeps returning, or a sense of being held or uncomfortable.

I offer therapeutic massage that supports both the physical body and the nervous system. Sessions are tailored to what is present on the day, whether that is injury, chronic tension, fatigue, or simply the need to feel more at ease.

My approach is body-led and responsive rather than routine-based. Pressure, pace, and focus are adapted throughout the session; some sessions are more structured and focused, others are slower and more regulating.

I work with:

  • Pain and muscular tension
  • Restricted movement and stiffness
  • Recovery from injury or strain
  • Fatigue and overwhelm
  • Long-standing patterns held in the body

Alongside general therapeutic work, I also support people living with more complex or sensitive health needs, including cancer, MS, Parkinson’s, and chronic pain conditions.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have over 30 years of experience working as a therapeutic massage therapist, including many years within the NHS.

My work has supported a wide range of clients, including those living with long-term conditions such as multiple sclerosis, cancer, Parkinson’s, and chronic pain.

Alongside my private practice, I also offer sessions one day a week within a hospice setting in East London, working with people who may have more complex or changing needs, as well as the general population.

I am a registered member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA).

Additional information

My fees are offered on a sliding scale between £75 and £100 for a one-hour session.

This approach is intended to support accessibility while also sustaining the work. Some clients are able to pay at a higher rate, which helps make space for others to access sessions at a lower cost.

You are welcome to choose a rate within the range that feels manageable and appropriate for you.
