Isabelle Cooke, Dip.Ask, is a fully registered & insured Diplomate of the Association of Systematic Kinesiology. Isabelle trained with The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology who teach authentic Systematic Kinesiology with a truly holistic approach, balancing all the realms: Mental, Chemical, Physical and Energetic.
Stumbling across Systematic Kinesiology 20 years ago, Isabelle noticed the benefits immediately; even after her first “balance”, she felt more energized, focused and motivated than ever before. So profound were the improvements she experienced in her health & well-being, she decided to train as a Systematic Kinesiologist, so she could also help others experience a more accessible and effective approach to health & well-being.
Isabelle feels that Kinesiology has improved her overall health to such an extent, that she has been able to cope far better with the pressures and strains that modern life often challenges us with.
The practical tools gained from her Kinesiology training allow her to observe that many people are suffering from stress, burnout, digestive problems, back pain as well as other health related problems. When minor health issues are not addressed, more serious health problems are at risk of developing. Isabelle loves to help people create more balance and well-being in their daily lives, allowing them to cope with the heavy schedules that are now the norm for so many.
Isabelle is keen to raise awareness of Kinesiology and the great value it has in preventative health care, for reducing pain and stress, and for improving mental and physical health and well-being.
Please get in touch either via telephone or email to find out if Kinesiology could benefit you or your friends & family.

Further information
Enjoy improved health:
Kinesiology practitioners are dedicated to prevention as well as to alleviating the condition. They are able to help clients more effectively if the person is committed to improving their health through self help and changes to their health regime. Taking control of your life and enjoying improved health and well-being is something that we can all do.
How many sessions?
This usually depends on your complaint and how fully you participate in your own treatment, i.e. making the suggested lifestyle and dietary changes that often form part of your treatment plan. Usually, however, most people feel an improvement in 3 to 6 visits. It is then recommended that you have routine balances 2 or 3 times per year for maintenance.
• Kinesiology is a safe, natural, effective and complete complementary therapy.
• It may include acupressure, light touch, nutrition, gentle manipulation (no clicking) Bach (or other) flower remedies, and/or energy balancing.
• This holistic approach of simultaneously treating all the aspects of a person (emotional, nutritional, structural, and energetic) ensures a quicker, more thorough return to health.
