IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19

Please get in touch for a free 15 minute telephone consultation to discuss your requirements.

Systematic Kinesiology uses gentle  muscle response testing to asses for minor imbalances.  By working through these imbalances in priority order,  we can find the appropriate remedy, and the client can start to experience more harmony, balance and wellbeing in their lives.

Having used Kinesiology myself regularly over the past 20 years with great results,  I  am passionate about enabling others to embark on their own personal journey to  optimum health.  My goal is help others experience a more accessible and effective approach to health & well-being, and to feel the best that they possibly can.

With the pressures and strains that modern life is regularly challenging us with, Kinesiology is the perfect complement to help us improve & manage our health and wellbeing.

I have observed over the years that many people are suffering from stress, burnout, digestive problems, back pain as well as other stress related problems. When minor health issues are not addressed, more serious health problems are at risk of developing. I provide my clients with valuable tools that help them create more balance and harmony in their daily lives.

Please get in touch either via telephone or email to find out if Kinesiology could benefit you or your friends & family.

Further information

Enjoy improved health:
Kinesiology practitioners are dedicated to prevention as well as to alleviating the condition. They are able to help clients more effectively if the person is committed to improving their health through self help and changes to their health regime. Taking control of your life and enjoying improved health and well-being is something that we can all do.

How many sessions?
This usually depends on your complaint and how fully you participate in your own treatment, i.e. making the suggested lifestyle and dietary changes that often form part of your treatment plan. Usually, however, most people feel an improvement in 3 to 6 visits. It is then recommended that you have routine balances 2 or 3 times per year for maintenance.
• Kinesiology is a safe, natural, effective and complete complementary therapy.
• It may include acupressure, light touch, nutrition, gentle manipulation (no clicking) Bach (or other) flower remedies, and/or energy balancing.
• This holistic approach of simultaneously treating all the aspects of a person (emotional, nutritional, structural, and energetic) ensures a quicker, more thorough return to health.

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
