About me
Hi, I am Hilary and would like to offer you a combined 60 minute, relaxing treatment of facial and foot reflexology for £45.00
I will also add a little Reiki, time permitting, as I am a Reiki Master too!:
Your treatment will include a time to talk to try and find solutions to life's challenges and help to improve lifestyle choices. The aim is to bring the body back into balance with a smooth energy flow on all levels.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have a level 3 diploma in Foot Reflexology and have been trained in Facial Reflexology (The Bergman method). I have also completed courses in Reflexology for Conception and Childbirth and Reflexology for depression and anxiety. I practise Japanese style Usui Reiki and trained with Reiki Evolution to Reiki Master level.
I am a member of Professional Reflexology and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council and am fully insured for the above treatments. I abide by the code of conduct set by these organisations.
I recently completed a Hot & Cold Stone Reflexology course. The stones are fully portable for a treatment in your own home.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
CNHC is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. Its key function is to enhance public protection by setting standards for registration. Members must abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and hold current professional indemnity insurance.
Professional Reflexology firmly believes that reflexology is the most powerful of complementary therapies and that the benefits of therapy should be shown to as wide an audience as possible. They also believe that reflexology practitioners should have the backing and support that they deserve in what can be a solitary occupation.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I now have access to a room in the beautiful Salomons Estate Mansion. You can park easily and just report your arrival to the reception.
I still offer home visits for reflexology and Reiki.
