Hi! I’m Gwen, Founder of My Spiritual Butterfly. I am a CNHC verified, Usui Reiki Master / Teacher (since 2015) and a Master Member of the of the Reiki Federation and UK Reiki Association.
I am also a Transformational Life Coach (since 2008) and a member of the Association for Coaches.
As a Reiki Healer, Reiki Master Teacher and Life Coach, I work with others to help them overcome life's physical, emotional and mental challenges so they can heal from the past and live happier, healthier lives.
Reiki Healing Sessions & Reiki Courses
I have been a qualified Reiki Healer for over 10 years now and also teach all levels of traditional Usui Reiki.
Reiki is a powerful healing energy that helps to dissolve blockages from within by initiating the body's own ability to heal itself.
This allows us to move forward with ease and live the happy, balanced life we deserve to live.
I offer face to face and distance Reiki Healing.
For in person visits, I see clients in the comfort of my own home allowing plenty of time for you to safely share what you may be going through before we start the Reiki Healing.
I offer beautiful, 60 minute Intensive Reiki healing treatment sessions, spending more time on problem areas to attain healing at a deeper, cellular level.

As an experienced Reiki Practitioner, I have helped my clients to successfully overcome various physical, emotional and spiritual problems including pain management, insomnia, infertility, grief, stress and relationship issues as well as helping them get through major life changes like divorce and unexpected redundancy.
Reiki Courses - Usui Reiki 1, 2 & Master Training Courses
Why not join me on my enjoyable Reiki 1 or Reiki 2 Courses to learn how to heal and energetically balance yourself, your loved ones and even your pets using this beautifully simple yet powerful palm healing system. My classes are small and friendly.
To ensure you are taught to the highest possible standards, my Courses are Accredited by the Reiki Federation and the CNHC, UK Reiki Federation and the UK Reiki Association
Reiki works on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level to bring about holistic healing. Anyone can learn Reiki and kick start the miraculous healing process that naturally resides within us all.
My 2 day Reiki Level 1 and 2 day Reiki Level 2 courses are run monthly on Saturday and Sunday from 9.30am to 4.30pm each day at Ashburton Hall in Ashburton Park, Croydon
I run my Reiki Master course as a 5-day residential retreat in Seaford near Brighton - It’s so beautiful and peaceful there.

CNHC is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. Its key function is to enhance public protection by setting standards for registration. Members must abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and hold current professional indemnity insurance.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
