Paula & Matt here. We are the founders of Full Circle Healing, offering grounded, heart-led support through shamanic healing, self-love coaching, and sound healing.
Our work is rooted in the understanding that healing happens through reconnection - to the body, to the nervous system, and to the natural world. We support people who feel overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, or disconnected from themselves, including those navigating life with ADHD or autism. Everything we offer is guided by safety, presence, and meeting you exactly where you are.
Matt offers shamanic healing, both in person in Brighton & Hove and online, supporting the release of what the body and energy field have been holding, and helping people remember their natural rhythm and inner steadiness. His work honours ancient wisdom and relationship with the elements, the land, and the unseen, bringing these ancient practices into modern life in a grounded and respectful way. Paula offers self-love coaching and sound healing, using crystal bowls, Gong, Koshi Chimes and compassionate guidance to support nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and deeper embodiment.
Alongside our sessions, we have created a range of wellness products inspired by returning to nature as medicine. These include ceremonial cacao, functional mushroom tinctures, and our NeurodiversiTEA blends, designed to support regulation, focus, calm, and everyday wellbeing. Our products are rooted in lived experience with ADHD and autism, and in the belief that nature offers gentle, accessible support when we learn to work with it again.
Training, qualifications & experience
Matt trained in South America with the Four Winds and the Q’ero shaman of Peru, and has received the sacred Munay-Ki rites. It’s an honour to bring this ancient wisdom into modern life, in a way that is respectful, grounded, and genuinely supportive for real-world healing.
Paula is a qualified coach/mentor and energy healing practitioner specialising in sound healing with crystal singing bowls. Her work centres self-love, emotional safety, and nervous system support, helping clients return to their bodies and build lasting inner trust.
Together, we offer a trauma-aware, neurodivergent-affirming approach shaped by lived experience and years of dedicated healing work. We hold a steady, non-judgemental space and keep things practical as well as spiritual, so clients leave with real shifts they can feel and build on.

Additional information
Session fees vary depending on service and duration (typically £60–£150+). We also offer flexible payment plans and a limited pay-what-you-can option for those in financial hardship.
Some deeper work, such as Soul Retrieval, usually unfolds over two sessions. In certain cases, it can be offered as one extended session of around four hours (£250)
