Hi, my name is Fiona, I have a strong passion and interest in holistic therapies and have been involved in this profession for over 20 years. Since 2003 I have been providing a successful mobile service offering holistic therapies to clients in the local Hertfordshire and Essex area.

I am a fully qualified and an insured Holistic Therapist and specialise in offering Reiki, Reflexology, Post Natal Reflexology, Luxury Reflex Pedicure, Pedicure O.P.I Pro Spa, Indian Head Massage and Hydrotherm Aromatherapy Massage. I have supported many clients at their homes who just desire a treatment to induce complete relaxation or support you and offer relief of stress, anxiety, low mood and tension that may be bought on by a medical condition, mental health, menopause and hormonal imbalance or a cancer diagnosis.

I have extensive experience supporting clients on their journey through cancer and beyond and hold a Cancer Awareness Certificate from The Jennifer Young Training School. I also hold a certificate in Intro to Anxiety from Mind in West Essex Mental Health Training Academy. I am currently studying for Level 2 Mental Health Certificate and am about to study a Diploma for Oncology Reiki, Reflexology and Body Massage with Butterfly Touch Therapies accredited by the UK Therapy Associations for Reflexology, Reiki and Massage, the Association of Reflexologists, the Complementary Therapists Association and the Federation of Holistic Therapists 

I always carry out a full medical history consultation with you prior to your treatment either by telephone, WhatsApp, iPhone or FaceTime at your preference. The Holistic Therapies I offer are complementary treatments to help support you and do not replace medical advice and treatment from your Doctor or Specialist Oncology Consultant.

 I can understand and sympathise with you if you have a mental health condition as I know only to  well what this feels like, how stress, anxiety and depression and feeling overwhelmed affects you at times as I have gone through this myself. I also have a good understanding of cancer as my partner had a cancer diagnoses in 2020 and is now in remission. Someone very close in my family has also recently been diagnosed with cancer in March 2024 and I am currently supporting them as well.

I have experience working with clients that require holistic treatments to be adapted to their comfort and requirements due to mobility or illness. 

Over the years I have attended many courses and continue to study by attending relevant courses and workshops to add to my skills and further enhance the treatments I offer. I also actively read books and online articles about the treatments I offer to continue to gain further knowledge.

I hold a certificate in the knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology for holistic therapies. This gives me a better understanding of the treatment plans I provide for you to support you with relaxation for any medical conditions you are suffering from enabling me to provide a more in depth treatment than you may receive at a Beauty Clinic or Day Spa. All of the therapies I offer can also just be used for a general relaxation treatment. All qualifications that I hold and am insured for are listed below. 

I am passionate about holistic therapies to support the wellbeing of others and am a member of the following network support groups The Herts and Essex Reiki Group, The Hertfordshire Healerzone Community and The Essex Healerzone Community.

I am Insured with Professional Beauty Direct for all the holistic therapies I offer and hold a Certificate in Health, Safety and Hygiene. I am also DBS Police checked and hold a certificate that you can request to view if required.

Reiki, Reflexology, Post Natal Reflexology and Indian Head Massage are all 1 hour treatments with 10 minutes of relaxation time at the end of your treatment £45 each.

If you wish to support yourself with ongoing treatments a package of 6 treatments is available for £245 which reduces each treatment above to £40.83 each appointment.
