Hello! I am of Dutch origin and have lived in UK since 1999, I'm married with two children and am a qualified Nurse.

I'm a Wellbeing & Intuitive Therapist, Mentor & Artist, helping women who are struggling with burnout, pain or dissociation because they find it so difficult to put self-care/self-love in place! I help them reconnect with mind-body-soul in ways that feel comfortable, safe & authentic so that they can (finally) start to live the life that they came here to experience; full of harmony, joy & vitality.

It is absolutely possible to move from a place of burnout, anxiety, fatigue & soul-searching to a place of inner calm, courage & confidence - that is where the true transformational magic can happen. I work holistically, integrating somatic experiencing, energy medicine and intuitive guidance or creative pathways.

I am home based in Worksop (nr Doncaster/Sheffield). Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm and occasionally Saturdays or evenings on request.

I regularly hold in-person meditation & intuitive painting workshops, and moving meditation classes (Chakradance™) as part of my embodied healing modalities. I also facilitate wellbeing workshops, (online) courses & Day Retreats. These usually take place at local venues (Sheffield, South Yorkshire Derbyshire) on weekdays or weekends. In everything that I do, I work with the subtle energies that flow through and around us, and my aim is to create a safe and caring space for you to relax and de-stress, to enhance the body's self-healing abilities & to gain clarity about your best next steps.

All my well-being sessions & packages will be tailored to your needs (I offer a free 30 minute Connection Call) and I work in a completely holistic way.

IMPORTANT: This package accompanies The Chrysalis Effect 9 month Online Programme (£37.50 /month for 9 months, with first 2 weeks free) in the support of M.E/CFS, Fibromyalgia & Long-Covid Recovery.  You can choose to do the online programme alone, or receive monthly Specialist recovery support from myself & the team, to help you tailor the programme to your direct needs.  £1020

I work with WOMEN mainly, and only offer online coaching/mentoring or in person Reiki & Reflexology to men also. 

I NO LONGER offer full Swedish Body Massage, but still do back/neck/shoulder massage. Thank you.
