About me
Hi There, my name is Helena and I am a holistic therapist, I have been mobile and have now expanded and am at Bournville Therapy Centre, to continue my career in areas I am passionate about.
My aim is to realise physical, mental, emotional and balance of the client as a whole. Since qualifying as a reflexologist I have added other therapies to my catalogue...So whether its for relaxation, stress or pain relief it would be lovely to meet you.
My clients include children as young as 3yrs old..and as the parent of a child on the autistic spetcrum, I see a number of children with varying degrees of ASD and teach parents how to manage, through reflexology, their childs symptoms....very effective and successful results have been experienced to date.
All clients are treated with care and confidence in a local and friendly environment.....and if you are unable to come to my therapy room in Rubery... I can also visit your work place or your own home as I provide a fully mobile service also.

I have been working consistently since qualifying in reflexology a number of years ago, treating a wide range of clients and issues.
