About me
Hello, I'm a Usui, Holy Fire® Reiki Master Practitioner.
Prior to energy healing, I've had a therapeutic focus through creative play & artworks. The same questions continue working with energy: What does it feel like in the body to be connected, whole, lifted, joyful? What are the ways to get there, 'trigger' or return to harmony? I still find the beauty in living from a place of creativity. These days living Reiki & all of my practices are deeply moving and therapeutic, it is an honour to share these practices.
I believe we are all a little magical, it's easy to forget with busy or stressful lives. Energy work can be a unique way back to our remembering this in regard to our inner knowings & feeling inner 'Connectivity'. Healing comes from a place of love & compassion, the energies intelligence work with yours so you receive what you need or are ready for. This could be obvious or subtle, instant or slowly.
There is much care from myself as a practitioner, and a chance to tap into your own self empowerment on this journey of energy & healing. I offer a held space for you to achieve your own healing & ah-ha moments.
Reasons you might return to or try energy healing, it’s a chance to slow down and relax, for stress reduction and navigating anxiety or depression, trouble sleeping, it’s calming for the nervous system, for tapping into inner wisdom & expansion.
All the energy modalities on offer can feel like a battery recharge, this work offers unique & broad healing. Reiki works with the Physical, Mental, Emotional & Spiritual. .

Member organisations
The UK Reiki Federation is a professional association with the objective of forming a national umbrella organisation for education, training and guidance in the practice of reiki.
Currently the Reiki Federation requires their members to have signed their code of ethics, hold practitioner insurance and hold certificates appropriate to their membership type.

Usually sessions are an hour, longer sessions can be arranged, pricing is based on an hour session.
Further information
I'm on the Divine Feminine path, however, I don't offer Womb Healing at this time. Sacred oils are something that can be brought in energetically to a Reiki session which is an infusion/ or part of my Priestess Training, Myrraphores.
