About me
I have been in the holistic industry since 1998, I qualified in Reflexology and then moved into Massage, which is my main line of work in 2006/7. Since then, I have continued training in massage and also beauty treatments like sugaring (waxing) ear candling, pedicures and facials.
I am still continuing my journey in learning mental health and stress consultancy as I believe these mix very well in the holistic side of massage and reflexology.
I like to use good quality natural products and I pride myself in giving time to my clientele to listen and understand them so I can give the best treatment I can.
Holistic therapies are an aid to wellbeing not a cure, but they help us to find ways to learn relaxation to aid our minds and bodies to start the healing process and to educate how we can deal with stress and trauma and this can take a bit of time so not an over night fix.
Finding the right therapist is important as this will make you feel at ease and the first step to relaxation and start the healing process.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained in massage at West Suffolk College 2006/7, reflexology in Norwich at the East Anglian School of Reflexology 1998 and I have trained with various private establishments such as The Beauty Academy in Cambridge, and Surepass in Norwich since 2007.
I am currently studying Mental Health and Stress Consultancy through BSY, and I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and insured via BABTAC.
Member organisations
The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) is a non-profit making association which aims to provide support to professionally qualified practitioners.
Membership is open to practitioners who have gained an approved qualification or who have provided proof that their training and practical skills meet the standards set by the AoR.
BABTAC is widely recognised as one of the longest standing and most influential bodies for beauty, hair, holistic and sports therapies.
On application, potential members' qualifications are vetted to ensure they meet with national/international requirements, and all work to a rigorous code of ethics and accepted good practices.
Membership of BABTAC assures the public that the therapist is a qualified professional committed to excellence in their field and continued development.

I do a variety of treatments - reflexology and massage but also some beauty treatments so prices vary depending on what treatment is required.
- Reflexology with consultation £50 subsequent treatments are £45
- Massage with consultation £75 / £80 Full body (Swedish/Holistic & Remedial)
- Hot Stone Massage Full Body £70
- Hot Stone Back neck Shoulders £60
- Back neck shoulders £55 Swedish / Holistic
- Indian Head massage £40
- Facial Massage £35
- Body scrubs can be done prior to a massage upon request £25/30 as with brushing
For beauty treatments re facials and sugaring(waxing) male & female, pedicures and Hopi Ear Candling please ask for pricing as these all vary depending on treatment requirements.

I generally work from 8:30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Depending on time scales I can offer an evening appt to be flexible except on a Thursday and Friday.
Further information
There is plenty of parking outside and is very easy to find and if required please ask for directions. I work mainly from home where I have a room set aside for my treatments.
