About me
Claire is a Chartered Physiotherapist working at Horsham Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic in Holbrook GP surgery. She qualified in 1993 and established the clinic in 1995 to provide fast access to high-quality physiotherapy services. Claire also works part-time in the NHS as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner specialising in the spine and upper limb.
The clinic offers private consultancy in friendly surroundings. We take time to fully understand the nature and extent of your condition prior to recommending appropriate treatment aimed at helping you return to an active, injury-free life as quickly as possible. We have extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics and a vast amount of experience. This enables us to diagnose and treat your symptoms and any underlying causes.
We use a hands-on approach to rehabilitation using a combination of specific soft-tissue techniques, mobilisation, manipulation and exercise prescription as required. We work with you, whether your goal is to reduce pain, decrease stiffness or increase strength and we aim to give you the power to prevent your symptoms coming back.We are committed to always providing an expert and effective service using the latest evidence to maximise the speed and effectiveness of your recovery.
