About me
I am a qualified holistic practitioner offering a range of treatments designed to support relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing. My work includes Reiki and crystal energy healing, holistic facial therapy, back facials (bacials), and restorative hand, arm, foot, and leg rituals.
My approach is gentle, intuitive, and client-focused, creating a calm, safe and supportive space where you can unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. Each therapy is tailored to your individual needs, whether you are seeking deep relaxation, energetic balance, or time to simply pause and reset.
I work in person from my home setting and can also offer mobile appointments where appropriate, bringing treatments to you for added convenience and comfort.
I believe in supporting the whole person — mind, body, and soul — with the aim of supporting you to feel grounded, restored, and more at ease within yourself after each session.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified practitioner in Reiki Level 1 and 2, crystal energy healing, holistic facial therapy, and back facial (bacial) therapies. I trained with three different practitioners, which has allowed me to develop a broad and well-rounded approach to holistic wellbeing and energy work.
I have been practising since November 2024, when I opened my business, and have been building my experience through hands-on client work since then. My focus is on creating a calm, supportive, and safe environment where each treatment is tailored to the individual and their specific needs.
I also attend various shows and events, which allows me to share my work more widely, connect with the community, and continue growing my practice.
I continue to develop my skills within holistic therapies and energy healing, with a strong emphasis on client care, relaxation, empowerment and overall wellbeing.
Member organisations
The UK Reiki Federation is a professional association with the objective of forming a national umbrella organisation for education, training and guidance in the practice of reiki.
Currently the Reiki Federation requires their members to have signed their code of ethics, hold practitioner insurance and hold certificates appropriate to their membership type.
