About me
My name is Christina and welcome to Indigo Holistics - Your holistic wellbeing journey starts here...
I am passionate about holistic health and wellbeing, having over twenty years experience of my own holistic practice. I am committed to enabling and empowering my clients to discover their own natural healing tendencies and step into the power of their beautifully unique selves.
We have seen in these recent testing times that mental and emotional health so often manifests as physical conditions and impacts on one's sense of purpose in life. More and more people are listening to their own bodies, discovering their own truth and what they need to heal. With the range of therapies on offer at Indigo Holistics, you are fully supported in becoming your most wholehearted and authentic self.

My Training:
Having worked in a busy public sector career for fifteen years, I empathise with the struggles that can come with juggling work, family, relationships and obligations and the need to forge time and space for oneself amidst all the demands.
You are in safe hands at Indigo Holistics. My qualifications include:
- Level 4 Dip - Therapeutic Counselling
- ITEC Level 3 Dip - Holistic Massage
- Reiki III Master Degree (Usui Reiki)
- Certification in Aromatherapy, Meditation Tuition, Emotional Freedom Technique, Spiritual Counselling, Holistic Health and Subtle Body Anatomy.
I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT UK) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and fully insured.

Member organisations
FHT is the largest multi-disciplinary therapy organisation in the UK and has been representing holistic, beauty and sports therapists for over 45 years.
There a number of different membership categories (including Fellows, Member, Student, Associate and Non-Practitioner) which are dependent on qualifications and experience.
FHT enforce high professional standards, and all Members, Fellows and Student Members are required to follow a strict Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
