About me
My sessions help you bring the truth of your experience with compassion and understanding. I specialize in Chronic Pain ( I have been through 8 years of chronic back pain myself) and Anxiety and offer a free 30 minutes discovery call where you will have more clarity about the root cause of your issue and what to do next.
I offer one to one sessions online and personally tailored to your needs. As well as helping with chronic pain and anxiety I help people deal with phobias, fear of flying, post-partum anxiety and self-esteem.
I'm also graduated in journalism, and writing is one of the techniques I use to process your issue.
I'm a EFT Tapping Practitioner ( EFT is a mixture of talking therapy and activation of acupuncture meridian points ) which is a highly effective transformative technique to work issues on a cellular level and transform patterns of behaviour and beliefs. Once you start your sessions I also offer other resources to support your healing journey in between our sessions.

MBIR Practitioner ( Mindfulness Based Inner Repatterning ). It works with the Vagus Nerve using Mindfulness and EFT Tapping
