As someone who overcame 8 years of chronic pain, I specialize in guiding women through their own healing journeys. My approach is deeply personalized, whether you're joining me online or in person (Farnborough, Hampshire). We’ll tailor each session to your specific needs, whether you're navigating anxiety, career chalenges, or struggling with self-esteem.
As an EFT Tapping Practitioner, I work with techniques that help you release emotional blockages on a cellular level, empowering you to shift patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you. I'm also a Life Coach and Mindfulness-Based Inner Repatterning Therapist, combining these approaches to help you reconnect with your intuition and manifest the life you desire. Writing is another tool I use, helping you process emotions and gain clarity as you heal.

EFT International (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a not for profit organisation, commited to promoting and maintaining high professional standards within Emotional Freedom Techniques. All practitioners listed on the website hold appropriate insurance cover and have agreed to abide by the associations Code of Conduct and Ethics. In addition, members are also required to carry out an annual minimum number of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
