Occupational Therapist and Self-Esteem Coach

About me

Welcome to Mirror Mind Therapy.

I’m a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) specialising in Polyvagal Theory (nervous system regulation) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I currently work as a Mental Health OT in the NHS, and due to the growing demand for deeper, more personalised mental health support, I founded my own private practice.

While most Occupational Therapists focus on adapting the external environment, I help you change your internal environment, directly affecting how you view yourself and see the world.

My work fundamentally revolves around self-esteem. I treat self-esteem as the foundation problem.
