About me
My mission is to help reduce the stress of modern living using complementary therapies such as Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Massage.
For many people, stress is so common place that it has become a way of life. In small doses stress can be good for us and can help one perform under pressure, and indeed in some cases, be motivational. However, we are not designed to cope with continued high levels of stress. When one is constantly running in emergency mode, over time cracks tend to appear in our physical and emotional health. Therapy Bee offers Complementary Therapies to help reduce stress levels, restoring balance and harmony.
Following our family experience with Alzheimer's Disease, I am passionate about Functional Reflex Therapy (FRT). The Functional Reflex Therapy Rainbow Relaxation Routine© is shared through workshops which are available for family members and those who support those with complex needs.
