About me
Beatrice has been practicing as a Registered Craniosacral Therapist for over ten years, and has received Press coverage for her Craniosacral practices in locations across London. Beatrice believes that everything we feel, think and experience through life leaves its mark on our bodies. True healing occurs when our scattered parts are held in a such way that we're able to realign and feel whole again.
Beatrice specialises in treating anxiety and stress, headaches, migraines and neck pain, fascial unwinding and birth trauma in babies, children and adults. Working with the spine, skull, and body tissues, Beatrice offers gentle and thorough treatments which free nerve pathways and structural restrictions, enhancing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. Long-held physical, emotional and energetic tensions are released with lasting effects, re-setting the nervous system and harnessing the body’s own ability to transform itself back to its natural state of health, wholeness and clarity.
Beatrice has been PR Chair of the Craniosacral Therapy Association for seven years and has undertaken postgraduate studies in Embryology, Developmental Baby Massage Teacher Training, Trauma, Autonomic Response Testing, and is a Meditation and Yoga Nidra Teacher and Reiki Master-Teacher. She is also currently studying Traditional Chinese Medicine and 5 Element Acupuncture at University College of Osteopathy.
