I am a qualified complementary therapist since 2010 who facilitates the process of holistic healing - working on the body, mind and spiritual aspects of a person as a complement and/or adjunct to any medical treatments. The therapies I practice include a range of Body Therapies:

• Holistic Massage (that incorporates modalities of body realignment)
• Myofascial release
• Indian head massage,
• Scar work and somatic release
• Reflexology including and using meridians;
• Reiki
• Crystal Healing
• Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping).

As a Holistic Therapist and Transformational Life Coach.  I help people with various ailments understand the possibilities of how these ailments become manifest physically, mentally and emotionally by using a metaphysical understanding of the body/mind connection. As a result of this understanding they are able to move beyond their current physical, mental and emotional blocks.

With the aid of spiritual based conversations and various therapies mentioned above as well as Metaphysical understandings I help people regain mental wellbeing by:

• Identifying the possible source of their conditions and a way to resolve or manage it.
• Teaching them what depression, sadness, anxiety, anger, frustration, any kind of stuck negative emotion or mental state really are and how to overcome them.
• Deal with and dissolve trauma in their lives
• Identify the source of real power so that they live their lives with flow and ease
• Creating anything in alignment with their authentic selves.
• I facilitate the process of identifying the blocks in the way of creating what truly resonates for them and also facilitate the activation of self motivation to achieve their goals.

My clients are taught mindfulness and how to maintain relaxation and wellbeing for longer periods of time.

I also work with patients diagnosed with cancer and undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy. I have been a volunteer therapist at the Fountain Centre (a cancer charity) since 2010. I offer my services at some BMI hospitals working with the Fountain Centre.

Getting started

Appointments take place at my home or over Zoom, depending on the therapy required.  Mobile appointments are available but by referral only.

There is a £15 deposit for the first appointment and the remaining balance is settled on the day of your appointment.

Fees range between £65/hour and £75/hour depending on the location and clinic.  Bespoke treatments can be longer and priced accordingly.
