About me
Curious about Reiki I sought out some treatment and experienced authentic Jikiden Reiki, I was so impressed by the experience. I sought out training which I completed last year I now practice Japanese Jikiden Reiki teachings free from western influence.
Originating in Japan, Reiki is a simple hands on therapy where the recipient lies fully clothed. It is known for personalised treatments, which also enhances its effectiveness. It is understood to stimulate the body’s natural healing systems focusing energy on areas where it is needed most, supporting the body’s natural healing mechanisms and promoting deep relaxation.
It can be used to treat a wide variety of conditions from emotional stress, trauma, grief, sleeplessness and aches and pains.
