About me

We are all under pressure to work harder, faster and longer.  All too often we pay little attention to our health and wellbeing until something goes wrong.  All of us need to take time to just ‘switch off’ and relaxation is essential to our emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.   All my treatments aim to aid balance within body and mind and encourage the body’s own healing mechanisms in order to cope better with the challenges of day to day life.

Reflexology is suitable for all ages from babies through to those receiving end of life care.   It is a non-intrusive Complementary Health Therapy that works alongside allopathic healthcare to promote better overall health and wellbeing, I also offer Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) and Aromareflex.

I also offer Massage Therapy, Indian Head Massge and Holistic Facial treatments; all designed to promote total relaxation, improve circulation, skin condition and lymphatic drainage and encourage general wellbeing.  Where products are used as part of a treatment you can feel assured that I only use natural and certified organic products manufactured in the UK and produced using sustainable and ethically sourced ingredients.

Training, qualifications & experience

I qualified as a Massage Therapist in 2006 and continued to train and graduated in 2012 as a Clinical Reflexologist. My own professional development is extremely important to me and I continue to develop my knowledge, ability and understanding in order to continually develop the services I am able to offer.  I am also an Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) Approved Practitioner and am able to offer Aromareflex.

Alongside my own practice I work as a Bank Complementary Therapist for LOROS Hospice, Coping With Cancer and the Muscular Dystrophy Support Centre (Midlands)
