About me

We are all under pressure to work harder, faster and longer.  All too often we pay little attention to our health and wellbeing until something goes wrong.  Making  time for ourselves is essential to our emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.

All my treatments aim to aid balance within body and mind and encourage the body’s own healing mechanisms in order to cope better with the challenges of day to day life.

The Therapies offered are:

  • Reflexology
  • Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)
  • Massage Therapy
  • Indian Head Massage
  • Lymphatic Drainage Massage
  • Scar Therapy
  • Deep Oscillation™ Therapy
  • Holistic Facial Treatments

Where products are used as part of a treatment you can feel assured that I only use natural and certified organic products produced using sustainable and ethically sourced ingredients.
