About me

Literally meaning “Universal Life Energy”, Reiki promotes emotional and physical health by channelling healing energy through your body. It is a non-denominational and natural therapy stimulating the body’s ability to heal itself, reducing stress and anxiety levels whilst helping spiritual growth and emotional cleansing. Reiki is a simple, non-intrusive hands-on or off healing technique through which the healer connects to a universal energy to start the healing process. Healing energy flows along the body’s energy centres known as Chakras, to the areas of need within the recipient’s body. The energy finds the areas where there are blockages or depletion in energy, which if left unchecked can cause discomfort or upset to the mind, body or spirit. Reiki allows the body’s natural equilibrium to be restored by bringing the body and mind into balance and harmony.

Currently offering distance Reiki healing so no need to leave your house during this time of lockdown.

Reiki is powerful but gentle, safe and effective enough that anyone and everyone can benefit from it including babies, mothers-to-be, the frail, and the elderly. Benefits include:-

• healing of physical, mental and emotional wounds, encouraging self-healing
• pain relief and support of medical treatments by shortening recovery time
• joint mobility improvement
• the immune system is boosted, circulation is increased and toxins released
• improves quality of sleep whilst reducing stress, anxiousness and migraines etc
