I’m Ainara and as an integrative accredited therapist I can help you move away from stress and overwhelm  so that you can feel confident and empowered to live a fulfilling and authentic life on your terms rather than continuing to take care of everyone else whilst feeling exhausted and resentful. 

Over the years I have worked with hundreds of people who struggle to set healthy boundaries and speak their truth. I know how debilitating this can be because in the past, I used to struggle with this myself.  Saying saying yes when we want to say no, agreeing to do things or help when we don't really feel up to it and then feeling completely exhausted and often taken for granted. Speaking our truth and having the courage to establish healthy boundaries can often be easier said than done that's where therapy can really help. 

I use a combination of traditional talking therapies with mind-body techniques such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and psychosensory techniques.

One to One Therapy Session - Face to Face or Online £75 (50 minutes) 

Sessions can be billed directly to your private medical insurance provider. I work with most insurance companies including; AXA Health, BUPA, AVIVA, Healix, Aetna and Vitality.

Please note: in order to cancel or reschedule sessions a minimum of 24 hours ' notice is required. If less notice is given the full fee will be payable.
