About me
I am a qualified Reflexologist offering supportive, therapeutic treatments to help reduce stress, restore balance and support overall wellbeing.
Reflexology is a gentle yet powerful therapy that works through specific pressure points on the feet to encourage relaxation, improve circulation and regulate the nervous system. Many clients seek reflexology to support hormonal balance, manage stress, improve sleep and ease symptoms such as fatigue, anxiety or digestive discomfort.
Each session provides dedicated time to slow down, allowing the body to move into a calmer, restorative state. Treatments are tailored to your individual needs and can be particularly beneficial during periods of stress, hormonal change or emotional overwhelm.
Alongside my reflexology practice, I have a background in Nutritional Therapy, which gives me a broader understanding of how lifestyle and diet can influence wellbeing. This integrated knowledge allows me to support clients in a holistic and considered way.
My aim is to create a calm, welcoming environment where you feel supported, grounded and rebalanced.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, having trained at The London School of Reflexology. My training included comprehensive study of anatomy and physiology, professional reflexology techniques and supervised clinical practice, with a strong emphasis on safe, ethical and client-centred care.
My additional qualifications include specialist CPD training in Pre-Conception and Maternity Reflexology, Spinal Reflexology, and Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift, all completed with the London School of Reflexology.
I also hold a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, qualifying in 2018. This was a three-year professional training programme which included over 200 hours of supervised clinical practice. The course provided in-depth study of physiology, biochemistry and functional health principles, with extensive practical experience supporting clients with a range of health concerns.
This combined training allows me to understand health from both a structural and systemic perspective, and to support clients in a considered, holistic and evidence-informed way. I am committed to continuing professional development and maintaining high professional and ethical standards in my practice.

Further information
Alongside my clinical training, I bring several years of experience working one-to-one with clients, supporting them through periods of stress, hormonal change and ongoing fatigue.
I understand that many people seek reflexology when they are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or simply in need of space to reset. My approach is calm, grounded and supportive. Each session is tailored to how you are feeling on the day, creating an opportunity for your body to slow down and move into a more balanced state.
I particularly welcome clients navigating stress, demanding professional lives, hormonal transitions or times of change. Reflexology offers a dedicated pause, a chance to switch off from external pressures and allow your nervous system to settle.
Sessions are confidential, unhurried and designed to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
