An extremely portable treatment using lightweight, beautifully crafted bamboo. So easy to use, bamboo is a very versatile massage tool that allows you to introduce warmth to the muscles with much less effort than using your hands alone - without compromising effectiveness.

It's also a great way of stretching the muscles and working deep into the fibres.

Your training group will be small, usually no more than 4 students, to ensure maximum individual attention. Other training dates can be organised on request.
