Join me for a one day Usui Reiki level one practitioner course at the beautiful Nature's Medicine Complementary Health Clinic, near Chelmsford (located in Purleigh, about 20 mins from Chelmsford).

Discover the power of Reiki energy healing and learn to lessen stress and anxiety, ease aches and pains and improve your sleeping patterns. You will receive attunements and empowerments and will be able to offer Reiki as soon as you are attuned!

You will perform a treatment and also receive a treatment yourself. We will also practice meditation, learn about chakra healing and much more.
