Reiki 1 traditional Usui Ryoho method

This is a Reiki 1 attunement course over two days. You will learn about the spiritual practice of Reiki which is a hands-on, self-healing course using high vibrational universal energy (Rei-Ki) This is the traditional method as taught by Mikao Usui.

Over the two days, you will have four attunements and will learn about the energy body: the chakras, the aura, and how to harness and use this energy to help heal yourself on every level. It is safe, natural, and non-invasive, and helps you to find peace within yourself. This will enable to use this energy to help yourself and others but not as a practitioner. It helps to keep your energy systems flowing and vibrant. Meditation is a fundamental aspect of the practice too.
