Reiki 1 class
I have over 25 years of experience working with Reiki healing energy. Learning Reiki 1 is the best gift you can give yourself! Anyone can learn it - all you need is an open mind and heart. No previous experience is necessary. This one-day class is ideal for anyone looking to embark on a spiritual journey seeking to know the power and magic of energy healing.
This one-day class is a transformational healing process of self-love and self-development that helps you to connect and value yourself, increasing your self-esteem and confidence. It is a self-help tool that empowers you to take care of all aspects of your well-being.
After this one-day course, you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself, family, and friends (kids love it!). If you are in the wellness industry and want to be a Reiki practitioner or even a Reiki Master/Teacher then this is a good place to start this process.
I keep my classes small as this creates a safe space for healing and learning to take place. This also gives time and space for your process and the Reiki energy to settle. It also ensures that everyone, as well as the group, gets the time, attention, and energy they deserve from me.

- Comprehensive Reiki manual.
- Reiki 1 certificate at the end of the day.
- Meditations to ground you and connect with the universal energy.
- Sound and smudging to clear and cleanse your energy field.
- History of Reiki and your lineage.
- Four attunements, opening energy centres of the hand, heart, third eye, and crown which will open you to connect and be a conduit for the flow of universal life force/Reiki energy.
- Learn hand positions to give Reiki to yourself family and friends.
- Time for group process and exploration.
- Importance of grounding and cleansing your energy field.
- Guidance on continuing your process and deepening your connection with Reiki healing.
Post-course support (21 days) is provided, plus the opportunity to come to Reiki practice shares.
