Online Reiki share

Reiki shares are a lovely way to meet up with like-minded people and enjoy both giving and receiving Reiki. You'll receive Reiki from more than one person at a time, which is a lovely experience.

Who can attend? 

Even though this share is online, it is still open to anyone attuned to Reiki 1 or above. You just need to be comfortable connecting with Reiki and using it, even if it's just for self-healing. Being able to ground yourself is also important.

What to expect

We usually start with a meditation. Then we break into small groups to give and receive Reiki. We then come back as one group to finish with either another meditation or picking Oracle Cards.

The morning also counts as CPD.
