Meditation and mindfulness workshop
Meditation and mindfulness is a big part of Reiki - in fact, Reiki is meditation. During the workshop, we will explore meditation, and Jenny will perform guided meditations to relax and restore, getting rid of chaos and stress. This is very easy and not difficult as some people are led to believe - busy minds can relax for a few moments!
Deep breathing is essential to restore and relax, so we will perform the deep breathing of Joshin Koku Ho which translates to 'purification of the breath method'. There are actually many translations of this meditation, but in the end, they all mean the same.

Jenny teaches Reiki that has been practised in Japan since time began, long before Reiki was moved to the West. The early Reiki teachings consider that the Reiki System is not all about treatments, but about us, self discovery and our true selves.
