For professional use and to be insurable, you will need to be a qualified massage therapist. This workshop day can be upgraded to the VTCT Level 2 Facial Massage and Skincare qualification.

A very relaxing treatment covering face, neck and shoulders, primarily for stress relief. For use on its own or alongside other treatments. Excellent for improving skin conditions and helping with health problems such as sinusitis, headaches, insomnia, etc.

Course content

General introduction, benefits of treatment, contra-indications and contra-actions, aftercare advice, skin assessment, use of treatment product including cleansers, exfoliators, masks, toners, moisturisers, anatomy and physiology.

Lots of practical to support and cement your learning.

During the day you will give and receive a full facial treatment.

We deliver professional qualifications in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. All our tutors are working therapists each with over 20 years of relevant experience and practical knowledge. Your training group will be small, usually no more than 4 students, to ensure maximum individual attention. Other training dates can be organised on request.
