Three ways to ease exam stress with EFT or ‘Tapping’

Just imagine if you could wave a magic wand and take away all your exam stress. You would be free to revise calmly and effectively. You would have the clarity of mind to answer questions to the very best of your ability.

Even the most talented students can be thwarted by exam stress:

  • sweaty palms
  • churning stomach
  • pounding heart
  • sleeplessness
  • tiredness
  • anxiety and
  • irritability.

But it doesn’t have to be that way. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or ‘tapping’ really helps – and you can feel improvements within minutes.

EFT works by neutralising the emotional response to a negative memory, it takes away the emotional sting. You will still have to study and sit exams but, by taking away the negative emotional response, you will be able to study calmly and think clearly during your examination.

To give you an idea of how EFT can help you, here are three simple ways that it can be used to ease stress levels and help you achieve your best exam results:

  • Tap on the symptoms of exam stress as an when they crop up, enabling you to get on with the job in hand.
  • Tap on the negative memories of any previous exam experiences to neutralise and eliminate their effect on you.
  • Tap on any limiting beliefs you may have about your ability to do well in exams.

Of course, it is necessary to learn how do to EFT first from an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner, but once learnt it can take as little as one minute - that’s right ‘one minute’ - to target and ease a troubling emotions. There is, of course, another clear advantage to working with a practitioner. Your EFT practitioner will guide you to identify your core issues and eliminate both the core and all the troubling aspects of the problem. By taking this approach you will minimise the possibility of your exam stress recurring.

So whatever the exam: GCSEs, A Levels, Finals or even the humble SATs, EFT could be your route to a calm, clear mind and the opportunity to shine in examinations.

It’s good to know that there is simple and effective relief at hand. EFT has the added bonus of being with you all of the time, including the examination hall!
