Always wanted to learn yoga but not confident enough to attend a class? Then I have the answer for you!
I teach small mindful yoga classes so you feel that you can have the close attention you need. I give you a chance to build your own practice and gain confidence in a small and safe environment.
Yoga is not about creating shapes or becoming a pretzel, the yoga physical practice is an essential in order to help the body achieve balance but the underlying goal is to help with meditation and mindfulness. I teach with compassion and care to ensure that you can enjoy the benefits of yoga in a safe and nurturing environment.
About the host
I am passionate about sharing my love of yoga and the body's ability to heal itself. I appreciate that beginners to yoga can feel a bit daunted by attending a big class which is why I teach small groups meaning you can get the close attention you need.
