About me
I'm a qualified and registered Cranio Sacral Therapist with an energy healing and bodywork background. I've been interested in spirituality and a deeper connection with our innate nature since I remember and my deep self-healing and self-inquiry journey took me to the discovery of Cranio Sacral Therapy.
This beautiful way of working with the body, emotions, mind and spirit brought everything together for me. It is a deeply profound work, that addresses not only physical or emotional symptoms but dives into deeper causes and conditions on spiritual, emotional, and physical levels and the whole dynamic of the biofield.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have completed my Cranio Sacral Therapy training at the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in London, where I have also become a tutor after graduation.
I continue to deepen my knowledge and understanding and I have completed the post-graduate courses in:
- Distant Cranio-Sacral Integration Level 1 & 2 at the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy
- Working with Pregnant Women Mothers and Babies with Sarah Nesling
- I study online Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, The Hard Palate, TMJ and Vertebral Dynamics at the Lyon Institute
- I study Integrative Baby Therapy with Matthew Appleton in Bristol, UK
I'm also qualified in a few other energy healing and bodywork modalities and I offer Reconnective Healing, the energy work that reconnects us to a wider field of universal energy.
Member organisations
The Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK (CSTA) is a professional organisation which regulates the practice of Craniosacral Therapy in the UK.
Members of the CSTA (registered as RCST) are only permitted to practice after they have graduated from an accredited training school or college and must agree to comply with the Association's Code of Ethics.
