I offer one to one ONLINE therapy sessions so you can access exceptional, cost-effective therapy in the comfort and privacy of your own home, wherever you are in the world.
EFT is a gentle but highly effective mix of talking therapy and energy work to achieve deep, permanent shifts quickly. I specialise in phobias but also achieve life-changing results with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, physical problems and limiting beliefs.

Training, qualifications & experience
Level 1, 2 & 3 EFT qualified, and fully accredited by EFT International. I have been practising EFT for 12 years.
I also hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy (DHip) and a Bachelor of Arts.

EFT International (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a not for profit organisation, commited to promoting and maintaining high professional standards within Emotional Freedom Techniques. All practitioners listed on the website hold appropriate insurance cover and have agreed to abide by the associations Code of Conduct and Ethics. In addition, members are also required to carry out an annual minimum number of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
